Ms. Siromi Binkley

Ms. Siromi has been teaching the children of Georgia for over 50 years. Her  journey started in 1966 when she left her home of Srilanka. She first began teaching at Ashdun Hall Montessori School in Atlanta Ga. She was the lead teacher there for 10 years. From there on she opened Chillun Hill Montessori School in Chamblee Ga  which was a Montessori school and a Daycare. She was open there for 4 years.  She then became the owner of Morrow Montessori School in Morrow Ga for  18 years. In 1998 She moved Morrow Montessoir School to Henry County Ga and the new name of the was named Meadowland Montessori School in McDonough Ga, which was the first Montessori school in Henry County. She was opened for over 10 years there. She then went on to teach at another Montessori school in Henry county for about 8 years during her retiremnet. She now is the lead teacher for Divine Love Montessori School as well as Mrs. Chloe's business partner to help with taking Divine Love to the next level with her expertise in being a Directreess  a owner of  several  Montessori schools and being a Montessorian for many years. 

 

Ms. Siromi receied her  Bachelors of Arts in Home Economics degree in 1964 in Srilanka  and her Montessoir certifaction in 1966 from the Association Montessori International from the Good Shepherd Maria Montessori Training Center. Ms. Siromi is well know in the Alanta- Metro area because she is a phenomenal educator and truly has made a differnece in the lives of children. She has even worked with children that have gone on to do great things such as become actors, doctor, lawyers and much more. 

 

Ms. Siromi is still in her retirment years but loves teaching so much that she can not stop. She loves to ballroom dance and spending quailty time with her family. Shes loves to see her students acheive their goals and loves when a child understands what she has been teaching them that gives her great joy. She also tutors children from 1st-4th grade. She knows that teaching is truly her passion and that it choose her and she is so glad that it did because this has been one of the most rewarding journeys in life. She knows that it is her duty to make sure that children of Georgia receieve the best education and Montessori is the best!!
